When should you choose vaginal tightening?
After childbirth or due to aging, vaginal laxity can occur. This may lead to reduced sensation during intercourse or a feeling of prolapse. Vaginal tightening can also provide a solution for vaginal air loss.
Prior to vaginal tightening
Before the procedure, a consultation will be scheduled with one of our expert gynecologists to discuss your wishes, expectations, and the details of the treatment. During this meeting, you can ask any questions you may have, and we will ensure you are fully informed about the entire process, from treatment to recovery.
How does the vaginal tightening procedure work?
On the day of the procedure, you will check in at the reception upon arrival. If the doctor has prescribed medication, it is important to bring it with you to the clinic and take it upon arrival. The procedure will be performed under local anesthesia and lasts about one hour. If a labiaplasty is being performed at the same time, the procedure will take approximately 2 hours. The vagina will be stitched with dissolvable stitches.
Recovery after vaginal tightening
After the procedure, there may be some internal swelling and discomfort. We will provide detailed instructions regarding care and guidelines for after the procedure. The recovery takes 4-6 weeks.
